Get ready for the ultimate show of Wood Bat Nationals competition. On Monday, July 5, 2010 the 14U, 15U and -16U teams will compete in their Championship with games being played at Turner Field, the home of the Atlanta Braves. Invited MLB scouts and college coaches will be in attendance. (Please summit roster for college coaches and MLB scouts)
The weekend will be fun-filled and event-packed beginning with a golf outing for coaches' and parents followed by a reception on Thursday July 1 at Durham Lakes Country Club Atlanta's newest premier championship golf course located just 1-1/2 miles off I-85. In addition, all teams will receive 12 complimentary tickets to the Braves’ Friday Night Game against the Florida Marlins. As a very special treat, all participating teams will be featured in the Smoltz-Grissom Parade of Teams. This electrifying evening will end with fireworks following the game.
